About the Project:

To keep client updates organized, Mark created a mini-CRM using the project management tool Trello. Through careful study, he created systems to manage the client experience from prospecting to deal closure. He compared 3 tools including Trello CRM set ups on YouTube, Salesforce, and Hubspot. This allowed him to follow a uniformed process, and create a custom solution for current business needs.

Mark focused on the following areas:

• client pipeline

• client intake template

• client form for closed-won
