About the Project
Mark was tasked with uncovering issues with dropping conversion rates and increasing bounce rates on landing page and check out for an e-commerce website. Mark played an active role in identifying 20 strategic persons were selected for interviews. This effort resulted in the addition of 200 data points to the research database Dovetail. Once these data points were collected, they were further distilled into 7 insights and 20 emerging trends.
This research was important because it allowed the marketing team to socialize research findings using Miro, which resulted in a website redesign approval.
