B2C and B2B Landing Page
B2C and B2B Landing Page

Project Summary
The B2B strategy for this brand was to direct traffic to the about pages. The marketing department would engage store reps directly to increase presence in Brick and Mortar locations. After a certain amount of units are sold regularly, creating a portal makes more sense, like the imagined one shown here, so vendors can order product directly on the company website. Branding, and logos have been redacted to protect client privacy. Some images are fabricated to demonstrate concept.

My Role
I was brought on to scale design efforts as the sole UX Designer embedded on the product team with an Operations Executive and Product Manager. I recommended that we build a Design System in tandem with Wireframes so we could scale efforts, build only what was necessary, and quickly iterate on ideas. This would save time on short runways, and yield 15 Page Styles made up of 50+ sub-components in the span of three months.
Note: For the purposes of this case-study, I will be only focusing on the process of building the Design System. UX Research was done to better understand various internal and external user group. I also was an integral part of repairing systemic issues, sadly beyond scope for this case study.
